Born and raised in Rye, NH her family now resides in the thriving communities of Rye, Portsmouth, Exeter, Greenland, and Dover.  A third-generation seacoast native.

Alumni of Northfield Mount Hermon School, she went on to study business and biology at Portland University. Chelsea worked in Oregon in her early 20's, in project management and graphic design. Her disposition for real estate began working alongside her husband Ian Mickey.  A contractor and finish carpenter, who resides with her on the seacoast.
