Single-Families, Condos, and Mobile Homes on the NH Seacoast
Good news is Good News!
The seacoast enjoys a healthy increase this month in residential sales compared to last month. An increase in single-family homes, condos/co-ops, and mobile homes in the sample towns listed below. While the data appears to show low inventory on a given day, looking at the overall buy and sell transactions, you can see they are up from last month. We also see listings overall in very close numbers, compared to 2020 last year.
For Example, 49 Condos listed on the MLS in January 2020. In January 2021, we see this increase to 53. A small feat, but we will take it. The amount of residential listings on the MLS so far in 2021 is not far off from Jan-Feb 2020. It is the rate at which they sell, that we are looking closely at. Ask your agent to prepare you for these
quick-on-your-feet listings and you should find what you are looking for in no time.
